Minuted of the extraordinary meeting of Minting and Gautby Parish Council held on the 23rd of June 2026 at Minting Village Hall at 7.00pm.
Present: - Cllrs E.B.Clark [EC] chairman and acting clerk, H.Padfield [HP], W.Hughes [WH], J. Saville [JS], A Cadman [AC].
7.00 pm Formal Council Meeting
[1] Chairman’s welcome and apologies for absence.

[2] To confirm, or amend, and sign the draft notes of the meeting of the 28th of May 2026.
Proposed AC Seconded JS Carried unanimously.
[3] Annual audit matters.
a] To adopt the Audit Report [ available on the PC website ]
b] To adopt and sign [ by the RFO] the Accounting Statement
c] To adopt and sign the Annual Governance Statement.
Proposed AC Seconded WH Carried unanimously.
[4] Any other business (discussion only) and matters for the next meeting.
A short discussion about planned improvement works on the Green with a focus on residents’ safe access to their properties. Due to available funds this could delay the works by a possible 12 months.
